KIRK L. WEHRSPAN, DC, CCEP

Dr. Wehrspan graduated from Algona High School in 1991 as Valedictorian. He completed his undergraduate studies at Iowa State University and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1996, graduating Magna Cum Laude and being named a Presidential Scholar. He is also a member of Pi Tau Delta, an international chiropractic honor society. Dr. Wehrspan is an active member of the Iowa Chiropractic Society, has served as Past President of the South Central District, and has been recognized as an Iowa Chiropractic Society Outstanding Member.

Dr. Wehrspan is a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner CCEP completing advanced postgraduate training in upper and lower extremity evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. He has certification in the treatment of whiplash injuries and has completed numerous continuing education courses, ensuring comprehensive, current, and evidence-informed chiropractic spine and extremity care.

Dr. Wehrspan has been married to his wife, Angela, for over twenty-five years. They have four children, Ally, Colin, Lauren, and Elliot. Outside the clinic, he enjoys RV camping, hiking, working out, listening to music on vinyl and cassette, following the Minnesota Vikings, and maintaining an appreciation for cleanliness and organization!
